Shinymeet uses only technical cookies, needed for the site to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why we do not show you a consent banner.
Which cookies we use
- Session (Supabase, a cookie whose name starts with sb-): keeps you signed in. It is necessary to use your account. It lasts until you sign out or, at most, 400 days.
- Language (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers the language you chose. It lasts up to 1 year.
- Form draft (browser session storage, not a cookie): while you publish a card, your browser keeps what you typed in your own tab so you do not lose it when you change language. It is not sent to our servers and is deleted when you publish or close the tab.
Third-party cookies
If you buy a paid service, you will be sent to Stripe's payment page, which may use its own security and fraud-prevention cookies. They are governed by Stripe's policy, not this one.
If you sign in with Google, Google's sign-in page may use its own cookies.
How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the technical ones, you will not be able to stay signed in.
Changes
If we ever use analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before enabling them.
